Sarah Palin just made this brilliant threat against wishy washy GOP Senator Lisa Murkowski.
Palin fired a warning shot at Murkowski, saying that she “can see 2022 “ from her house, which suggests that Palin must be gearing up to take Murkowski’s place in Alaska.
Watch the video:
This isn’t the first time Palin has made a threat to run against Murkowski.
As a matter of fact, she made the same threat when Murkowski refused to vote for Kavanaugh.
Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R) appeared to challenge GOP Sen. Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) to a primary race in 2022 after the senator voted against pushing Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court through to a final vote.
“Hey @LisaMurkowski – I can see 2022 from my house…” Palin tweeted at the senator, whose term ends in 2023.
Murkowski was the only Republican senator to vote against a Friday measure to end debate on Kavanaugh’s nomination. Sen. Joe Manchin (W.Va.) was the only Democrat to vote “yes.”
The measure ultimately passed with a 51-49 vote, setting up a confirmation vote for Saturday afternoon.
So this will be the second time that Murkowski has chosen not to vote on Trump’s SCOTUS nominee and the second time Palin has challenged her.
Fingers crossed that Palin will actually follow through and take this old RINO out!
