Pangos All-American Camp founder Dinos Trigonis has always had passion for International talent. The Greek-American entrepreneur has created a platform for players from all over the world to compete at his events, brought Ben Simmons stateside when he went from unknown to the top player in America, and now holds the Pangos All-Euro Camp abroad (the 2026 edition will be in Paris) every summer.

Given his passion for those of International descent, it should come as no surprise that many International big men flourished at the 2026 Pangos All American Camp. Ranging for a vast array of African countries, there was no shortage of length, athleticism, and productivity that we saw of the International bigs in Vegas. With over 20 NBA teams in attendance, 100 credentialed members of the media, and countless other basketball decision makers, the Pangos All American Camp also provided an opportunity for these imports to showcase their talents for the next level and beyond.
Here are six International big men who left a lasting impression from Pangos:
Lewis Uvwo, 6’10, C, Prolific Prep (Fla.), 2027
It’s been a wild ride in the past seven months for Lewis Uvwo. He made the journey from Nigeria to Prolific Prep and initially came off the bench for the national power, only to then win MVP of the Pangos All American Preview, lead EYBL in blocks with Nightrydas, and ultimately win Co-MVP of the Pangos All-American Camp with camp teammate Malachi Gordon. The long armed big man played with infectious energy on both ends of the hardwood and has a joy and passion for the game you just can’t teach.

Somto Patrick Onoduenyi, 6’9, PF/C, Modesto Christian (Calif.), 2029
Despite just finishing his freshman year of high school, Somto Patrick Onoduenyi shows that he could hold his own with anyone at the Pangos All American Camp. He led the camp in rebounding at 9.0 per game, showed off a solid jumper from mid-range, and changed the game with his activity on both ends of the floor. Coming off of an an outstanding season for Modesto Christian, the Nigerian big man has shown he can dominate FIBA play with Bahrain and is destined to receive a lot more attention as the summer goes on.
Mamadou Issa Sow, 6’10, C, CIA Bella Vista (Ariz.), 2029
One of the better 2029 big men in the nation, Mamadou Issa Sow played unlike most players who just wrapped up their freshman campaign at Pangos. The Co-MVP of the 2025 Pangos All West Frosh/Soph Camp played incredibly hard, was great walling up as a rim protector, and showed he could play facing the basket. Issa Sow is destined for a breakout year for defending FAB 50 champion CIA Bella Vista.
Akol Nyok, 7’1, C, Christopher Columbus HS (Fla.), 2027
After exploding during the Puma PRO16 league with Tre Mann Elite, Akol Nyok rode that wave over to the Pangos All American Camp. The Sudanese big man was exceptional running the floor, showed the agility to defend in space during switches, and showcased his soft touch when the opportunity permitted. Leading the camp in blocked shots at 4.0 per game, Nyok is no longer a secret and has now picked up high major offers.
Fallilou Mbengue, 6’9, PF, The Academy of Central Florida (Fla.), 2027
A player who I had seen minimally leading into the event, Fallilou Mbengue left his mark with his play at the Pangos All American Camp. The native of the UK exhibited his athleticism as an above the rim finisher, showed intriguing range shooting it from the perimeter, and left an impact on the game with his crazy energy. Still under the radar nationally, Mbengue’s improvement over the past six months and play at Pangos have placed him firmly in the conversation as a high major prospect.
Cesaire Yenan, 7’0, C, CIA Bella Vista (Ariz.), 2027
The most massive player at the 2026 Pangos All American Camp, Cesaire Yenan imposed his will in the paint against everyone in Vegas. He made a number of tough catches in traffic, finished through contact at the rim, and rebounded his area well defensively. The native of Cameroon spent time developing in Italy and is looking like a high major prospect now that he’s here in the states.
