Indiana teammates Aliyah Boston and Caitlin Clark headline the second round of WNBA All-Star Game fan voting: the tallies released by the league on Wednesday have Boston leading the way with 683,996 nominations with Clark right behind her at 670,510.

Boston and Clark respectively usurp A’ja Wilson (Las Vegas) and Paige Bueckers (Dallas) as the top couple. Wilson and Bueckers still respectively slide in the third and fourth spots while Breanna Stewart (New York) rounds out the top five.

The 2026 WNBA All-Star Game will be held on July 25 at United Center in Chicago.

Boston, Clark: It

Boston assumes the lead as a career-best scoring season continues: she’s averaging 16.6 points and shooting just under 43% from 3-point range, the latter number more than doubling her tally from last year. Since the last slew of voting, Boston posted an 18-point, 11-rebound double-double in a win over Toronto one week ago. Boston also had 23 points in a loss to Atlanta two days later. She continues to fulfill the potential that allowed her to secure the first rookie contract extension under the new collective bargaining agreement.

Right behind Boston is her teammate Clark, who is averaging over 21 points a game in her third WNBA season. She placed fifth on the list of first returns and was biggest mover among top 10 women. A double-double of her own in aforementioned win over the Tempo likely helped, as she had 21 points and 14 assists in the 113-91 triumph.

Boston and Clark are the headliners of the Fever’s new era of contention, one that saw them arrive in Indianapolis as the respective top picks of the 2023 and 2024 drafts. With Clark back after an injury-riddled sophomore tour, the two have strengthened their on-floor relationship that has apparently won fans over.

“We’re good friends. That always helps,” Clark said of the “telepathy” she and Boston share after they became the first pair of single-game, 30-point double-doubles in WNBA history earlier this month. “I feel like I know who Aliyah is … You can be teammates and play basketball. But if you really care for each other and love each other off the court … that helps because when you’re on the court, you’re gonna go through moments of adversity. That’s just basketball, and that’s what helps you get through.”

Indiana Hones In

Boston and Clark headline a list that features eight different Fever reps in the top 40. Kelsey Mitchell passed rookie sensation Olivia Miles (Minnesota) for ninth while Sophie Cunningham and Lexie Hull round out the top 15 and 20 respectively. Behind them were Myisha Hines-Allen (22nd), Monique Billings (29th), and Makayla Timpson (31st).

Fan voting makes up 50% of the WNBA All-Star Game roster determination with the other half evenly split between a media and player panel.

The next chance for Boston, Clark, and the rest of the Fever (10-7) to make their All-Star cases lands on Wednesday night when they host the Phoenix Mercury (7:30 p.m. ET, USA).
