DETROIT — It’s time.

Ballislife Redemption is officially LIVE from Detroit, featuring six matchups that could go a long way toward determining superiority in the 1v1 space. The card starts at 3 p.m. EST/noon PST with a highly anticipated matchup between Scar and Latin “Lat” Davis that’s available for free on our YouTube channel.

After that, Reese is set to take on Darius “DA” Adams and Michigan native Keyon Menefield is set to take on Tray Croft. Former NBA star Josh Jackson is stepping into the 1v1 arena for the first time against a seasoned star Beno, while Walt Lemon Jr. is looking to shock the world once again by beating Rob Colon just a month and change after he stunned Zae. And of course, the main event featuring Nasir Core and Jonathon Simmons is a matchup that could have seismic implications for the space.

Redemption: UPDATED RESULTS, TIMES(ET)

Nasir Core def. Jonathon Simmons 30-23

The Blueprint showed an NBA veteran how it’s done in the Redemption finale.

Nasir Core lived up to his jersey in more ways than one: with the title “NBA Killa” hovering above an equation of “36+1,” Nas closed things out with a 9-0 run and took a 30-23 decision over Jonathan Simmons in the main event finale, one that stretched his 1v1 winning streak to 37. Simmons’ admirable effort was not enough to provide Redemption redemption for the NBA crowd, who dropped all three showings to YouTubers on Saturday evening.

Nas and Simmons were able to make up for any lost time stolen by Rob’s speedy shutout: the final margin of seven was the largest lead either man held during the contest amidst a sterling defensive showcase at the start. The contest also featured five ties required breaking, including a 23-all tally in the second half that was erased by Nas’ closing dominance. Nas saved the best for last, driving through the lane on several athletic moves that forced the four-year NBA veteran out of his shoes and granting a wide-open path to the basket, where the winning couple fell through.

While Simmons no doubt put up a respectable showing, it wasn’t enough to stop Nas supremacy. A jubilant Nas took the mic from BIL’s DevInTheLab and offered a similar challenge to other NBA threats, one that will become all-too-tantalizing after Saturday’s showing.

Rob Colon def. Walt Lemon Jr. 31-0

On the penultimate day of Major League Baseball’s regular season, Rob Colon pitched a perfect game on the hardwood rather than the diamond.

Rob kept the ball rolling for YouTubers in one of Saturday’s main events, posting a 31-0 shutout of former NBAer Walt Lemon Jr. in one of the most dominant 1v1 showings in recent memory. Forced to prep on short notice for a new opponent after Uncle Skoob dropped out due to medical reasons, Rob scored on four of his first five possession and never looked back, quickly winning the crowd over with a brilliant showcase both inside and out.

Rob did not allow Lemon to even hit the rim in the rare times he was allowed to touch the ball and he capped the speedy first half off with a three-pointer that rendered the gym hysterical.

A break in the action after his half-closing triple did little, if anything, to slow down Rob’s momentum, as back-to-back threes signaled more of the same in part two. Rob slowed things down to the tune of three consecutive scoring drives to complete the shutout, allowing Lemon to touch the ball just twice in the latter portion. It’s the latest honor for Rob, who previously made a name for himself at Summer Jam 2025. In his postgame interview with BIL’s DevInTheLab, Rob wished the departed Uncle Skoob well and expressed hope that they could one day stage their awaited battle. Anticipation for such a showdown will be higher than ever after Rob’s ridiculous rout.

Beno def. Josh Jackson 31-25

Levels? Yeah, sure.

Statements have been made all day in Detroit, but Beno may have just made the biggest one with a 31-25 victory over former NBA star Josh Jackson. Beno got out to a 14-5 early on, but Jackson caught up before halftime and the game was closely contested from that point on. Frankly, for a 1v1 debut, Jackson’s performance was actually very impressive despite the loss. Regardless though, Beno made it clear he’s the main man in the new Ballislife Heavyweight Division.

Once Josh Jackson gets some more reps in the 1v1 scene, this would probably be a great matchup to run back in the future. Beno definitely had the advantage this time, but Jackson showed he could be a legitimate threat in the sport as well. Even if this game didn’t end in a W.

Tray Croft def. Keyon Menifield 31-24

Redemption was a fitting theme for Tray Croft, who was looking to make a statement against Keyon Menefield after a disappointing outing in his last pay-per-view appearance at All In Las Vegas.

Keyon may have entered as the heavy favorite in his hometown, but Tray proved that he’s still a force to be reckoned with by playing elite defense while also getting what he wanted on the offensive end for the most part. It was a highly physical and at times heated contest, with both players battling through injuries that were inflicted by the other.  After taking the W, Tray immediately took Devin’s microphone and taunted Keyon’s hometown contingent in lieu of a traditional postgame interview.

Reese def. DA 31-12

Reese just went crazy!

In what was legitimately one of the most impressive performances we’ve ever seen in the 1v1 space, he blanked DA 15-0 in the first half en route to an 31-12 victory. It would have taken three DA’s to stay in front of Reese with the moves he was pulling out, and it felt like every single shot that left his hands had a predetermined fate to go through the net. I’m not even sure Reese missed a single shot in the first half.

In 1v1, sometimes the best defense is simply just not letting your opponent get the rock, but even when Reese had to defend he did so effectively. At one point, Reese held a 26-4 advantage over his opponent but DA did manage to get some buckets to make it a bit closer in the end.

Scar def. Latin “Lat” Davis 31-19

Can you say domination?

Scar just started off the festivities in Detroit with a win, dominating Lat in a 30-19 blowout that served as nothing less than a statement. Scar got to the rim with ease and hit his shots from outside consistently, but the key to his performance was a lights-out defensive effort. Scar was so effective defensively that he was clearly in Lat’s head, to the point that Lat wasn’t even making his layups when he was able to shake Scar. One of those layup attempts didn’t even hit the rim, which sent the gym into hysterics.

After the win, Scar did what he did best and riled up the crowd with call outs. He made it clear he wanted to see Zae, Rob, Nas and even Lance Stephenson. He backed up all the noise he talked this week and now he’s going to celebrate.
