While March didn’t have the excitement of the Super Bowl or All-Star Weekend, our favorite athletes still gave us a lot to work with this month. In this installment, you’ll find fun takes on suiting, good inspiration for transitional dressing as the weather starts to (hopefully) warm up, and an adorable display of public affection.
Keep scrolling to see who made the cut, as there are a few new faces added to the mix, and be sure to check back next month to see who dressed to impress.
Nickeil Alexander-Walker
Yes, it’s almost time to pack up the winter coats and transition to our warmer weather pieces in most of the country, but wow, is Atlanta Hawks guard Nickeil Alexander-Walker going out with a bang. Sagging jeans and Gucci belt aside, the animal-print fur is eye-catching but grounded with the sheen of the boot.
Frances Tiafoe

ATP
Tennis player Frances Tiafoe mixed high and low, pairing his tan Hermés suit with a white Lululemon shirt under, and Jacques Marie Mage sunglasses — a brand that is “historically inspired” and whose pieces are handcrafted in Japan and Italy — for a dapper look.
Ludmila
Brazilian footballer Ludmila da Silva walked into her match with her San Diego Wave Football Club teammates in what is the ideal travel outfit. Sleek but chic, the chocolate-colored matching set is roomy yet structured thanks to her wide belt, and the fur slides are the proverbial textured cherry on top.
Tiffany Hayes
In more flow-y pants news, Golden State Valkyries and Phantom Basketball Club guard Tiffany Hayes, pictured on slide two above, walked the Unrivaled tunnel in a pair of black fluid wide-leg pants, Tabi loafers and a button-down shirt, topped with a satin bomber jacket. It’s a refreshing take on business casual.
Aziaha James
Dallas Wings guard Aziaha James usually does something very cool with suiting. In this particular look, notice how the varsity jacket acts as a blazer for her short suit and tie.
Jerami Grant

Portland Trail Blazers forward Jerami Grant is proof that layering can look intentional. The fluidity of the cropped wide-leg pants, paired with the half-tucked, striped button-down shirt under the V-neck sweater and topped off with a graphic-print jacket, combines for a look that appears very comfortable but still makes it seem like Grant means business.
K’Andre Miller

Ice hockey Carolina Hurricanes defenseman K’Andre Miller walked into the game against the Pittsburgh Penguins in a simple but stylish plaid T-shirt, light wash denim, and sneakers — an easy look to replicate the next time you want to throw on a sweatsuit.
Gary Payton II

Golden State Warriors guard Gary Payton II looks so whimsical with the crocheted flowers on his pants. He kept things pretty low-key otherwise with a long-sleeved striped polo shirt and crisp Air Force 1s, letting the pants be the focal point (as they should be).
A’ja Wilson
Now this isn’t a Tunnel Fit per se but it is a really cute show of affection from Las Vegas Aces center A’ja Wilson to her beau, Miami Heat center Bam Adebayo, as she sits courtside in her favorite Olympian’s jersey.
Issa Rae
This month’s final selection isn’t a bona fide Tunnel Fit either, but it’s still quite fitting as Issa “I’m rooting for everybody Black” Rae looks gorgeous in her Playa Society “Love & Basketball” sweatshirt at an Unrivaled game.
