The 2026 USA Basketball Fall Mini-Camp has now come and gone. The four sessions that USAB put on in Colorado Springs offered no shortage of intensity and instruction, while also serving as an ideal evaluation opportunity for NBA scouts and media alike.
The mini-camp really offered onlookers the perfect chance to gather initial impressions on players in one central area, and it was evident that the prospects realized that. Many players left it all on the floor not only for an opportunity to don the stars and stripes next summer in FIBA play, but also to shoot up the national rankings.
We covered top-10 2028 prospects Benji Berrouet, Erick Dampier Jr., and Colton Hiller in our introductory piece on the upperclassmen. From there, we touched on Blaze Johnson and Mason Collins. Now, we clean out the notebook and examine five more prospects who helped themselves at the USA Basketball National Fall Mini-Camp:

Michai White, 6’0, PG, Prolific Prep (Cal.)
In the older group that was filled with five star lead guards, Michai White showed he was right there with the best of them as far as his IQ was concerned. The shifty guard was able to control the tempo of the game, is a special finisher with creativity at the rack, and maintains a scoring presence while also serving as a facilitator. The Jersey product has seen himself hit five star status and will be essential in Prolific Prep’s chances of winning an elusive Chipotle National Championship and perhaps beginning No. 1 in the preseason FAB 50 rankings which are set to be released November 1.
Evan Willis, 6’8, PF, Utah Prep (Utah)
The bounciest player in the nation showed that he can impact the game in a variety of ways at USA Basketball. The junior forward constantly occupied defenders as a lob threat in transition, showed off his IQ with his timely cuts, and showed the potential that he has on the defensive end when locked in. While he was polarizing at times to many evaluators, the fact that Willis is constantly learning how to use his athleticism and evolving his game make him a no brainer five star prospect.
Xavier Young, 6’10, C, Oak Cliff Faith Family (Tex.)
Many forget that despite his massive frame, Xavier Young is one of the younger players in the junior class. However, that didn’t hold him back one bit in Colorado Springs. The long armed big man was a physical presence in the paint on both ends, ran the floor well, and really produced when he had his motor going. That combination of size, skill, and athleticism he possesses makes Young one of the better centers in the class.
This is where the real ones compete

Donovan “DJ” Okoth, 6’6, SF, Bartlett HS (Tenn.)
There were few players in Colorado Springs who brought more energy than DJ Okoth, no matter the class. This long armed forward is a pogo stick in transition, defends multiple positions, and did the little things such as cutting and crashing the offensive glass to make his presence felt. The plug and play ability and versatility that Okoth brings to the table makes him a serious candidate to make a future Team USA squad.
Parker McDaniel, 6’3, PG/SG, South Central Prep (Okla.)
As we know now, shooting is at a premium all across the globe in terms of evaluating. Able to play either backcourt spot, the Oklahoma native brings crazy floor spacing ability every second he’s on the court, is getting better creating off the dribble, and can get his shot off in a hurry. One of Oklahoma’s best surely helped his chances of making Team USA with his ability to be a shooting threat from either guard slot.
