Now, the 80-year-old president’s own public appearances are becoming more concerning to watch.

The president visited the Johnson Space Center in Houston on Friday to discuss America’s future in space and present the Congressional Space Medal of Honor to the astronaut crew of the historic Artemis II lunar flyby.
Before Trump could help the country chart a course through the cosmos, someone had to help him cross the stage.
A short video from the event shows him walking toward the front of the stage. He stops at the wrong spot and stands there awkwardly.

The internet immediately launched its own investigation, noting, “He’s lost it!” and “He’s angry. I can tell by the coat slam.”
Others leaned on more cognitive issues with Trump, wondering if he’s losing his mental sharpness.

The jokes soon reached another galaxy. Another added, “Hit your mark monkey boy!”
While at the NASA facility, Trump also announced plans for a U.S. Space Academy. According to news reports, the proposed program would train students for careers in aerospace engineering, national security, and space exploration.
However, the stage mishap quickly became the main attraction. It also revived questions about other public appearances in which Trump seemed to need directions.
On July 7, Trump arrived in Turkey for a two-day NATO summit.
He slowly descended the steps of Air Force One while gripping both railings. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan greeted him on the tarmac.
As the two walked the blue carpet, Trump briefly strayed toward the honor guard before Erdoğan helped direct him back on course.

Diplomacy apparently now includes roadside assistance.
The White House posted footage from the arrival. However, its version omitted the moment Erdoğan redirected Trump.
Whether Trump’s recent public missteps are intentional theatrics or unintended lapses depends on who is watching.
Critics point to these moments as signs of age-related decline, while Trump continues to insist his mental sharpness is at its peak.
